1. Orders & Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed in writing by our company before they are considered valid.
2. Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be made before delivery.
3. Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe, but shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
4. Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
5. Product Quality: If there are any quality concerns, please notify us on the day of receipt for prompt resolution.

This sales agreement is entered into between LW Food Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. and the customer. It covers all meat products and related food processing services provided by the company. By placing an order and making payment, the customer agrees to the terms of this agreement and the company’s Terms & Conditions.

• Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in cases of product quality issues or incorrect delivery.
• Requests must be made on the day of receipt, accompanied by photos or supporting evidence.
• Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
